How it Works

The EnerWorks Solar Domestic Hot Water appliance comes in one-, two-, three-, or four-panel systems. Properly sized for your household it will deliver up to 65% of your hot water needs in the Ottawa area.

Your current hot water tank will act as a backup system when the sun does not shine for extended periods of time. When the two tanks are configured to share the solar heat, you will have double the hot water allowing more sequential showers.

The EnerWorks panels have a patented passive system that will vent excess heat in the summer, even during a power failure.
