JOB SUMMARY


iSolara Solar Power is seeking candidates interested in joining our installation teams. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working outdoors, working at heights (residential/commercial), and must be comfortable using hand tools. The work conditions require repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and are physically demanding.

 

ESSENTIAL/EDUCATION SKILLS

  • Completion of High School.
  • Construction experience an asset (concrete forming and finishing work).
  • Knowledge and history of safe working practices
  • Able to manage handling physical demands and handling of heavy loads.
  • Fall Protection.
  • Unload and transport construction materials.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Good customer service skills; ability to work well with others.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Must have a demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability.
  • Must be flexible in work habits and work schedule.
All Candidates are expected to sign or provide the following items:

  • Driver Abstract
